I was Ranchi for Eid celebration and read the news of a person who is a washerman but he has been publishing weekly newspaper hand-written for the last 24 years, based in Dumka in Jharkhand. So pathetic has been his situation that he almost dying, has developed Leprosy, and in the last 24 years he never got even penny of help from anybody. Not even local administration who owe him 4 lakh rupees of advertisement which was never paid to him. Yet Rajak is his name, never stopped…
